FLOAT THE VESSEL.
[Press Association.] Sydney, This day. H.M.S. Dart has returned to Noumea. The attempt to float the Ringarooma was unsuccessful, and the work of lightering out the eouteuts of the ship is actively proceeding. A small French steamer carried the material from the vessel to Port Sandwich. The Dochatfault arrived ou Sunday,and together with ihu Dart endeavored to tow the Kingarooma oH'.
