The facts alleged are that they held a spiritualistic seance at Petone last night, for which they obtained payment. A constable, hearing of it, burst in on the seance, and, dragging down the curtain, disclosed phosphorous and certain paraphernalia, alleged to be used for the purposes of trickery.
