At tbemeetujgof the creditors of W. H. Hazard, guninaker.itwasreßolved: . " That the ofFer of 7s 6d in the £ on
the estimated value of the assets made l>y the debtor, payable in three, six, and nine months be, accepted, and thatuponpaymenttheestatebeformally assigned to the debtor, the amount of «ach composition to be distributed as provided in the Bankruptcy Act, 1892."
On the motion of Mr Baker, seconded by Mr F. Jones, it was resolved :—•' That the Official Assignee be authorised to concur in the carrying on of the business as at present, the debtor paying out all disbursements necessary, and that the stock list be verified."
