London, September 11. The match against Shrewsbury's team, postponed from yesterday, commenced to-day. The Australians went in first, and were all disposed of for 86. Trott was the highest scorer with 33.
August 12.
Shrewsbury's team completed their first innings for 142, the last five wickets only adding 21 to the score. Turner secured 2 wickets for 52. Ferris 5 for 38, Boyle 1 for 9, and Lyona 2 for 18. The Australians in their second innings lost 2 wickets for 17
