Arrival of the Marquis of Nor-

mandy at Melbourne.

Sworn in as Governor.

Melboubne, February 27.

His Excellency the Marquis of Normanby arrived at eight o'clock this evening, and immediately proceeded to Government House where he was sworn in by the Chief Justice in the presence of the Ministers and civic authorities. His Excellency was most cordially received.
