London, November 26. The 'Frisco mail has been delivered. The Marquis ,of Lorn has landed at Halifax, and had an enthusiastic recep. tion. The British enter Baka, south of Molan,' marching on Jallalabad, which is stated to have been evacuated. The population are friendly to the British, and refuse succour to the defeated troops. The Continental press are rejoicing at the British success.
