This day. The Football Team.
Auckland v. Dunedin.
The Football Match commences at 2.30 and play will be continued till 5 p.m. Both teams are now lunching together. The weather is fine with a hot wind. The Superintendent has proclaimed a provincial half holiday. A large number will be present to witness the match. Betting is slightly in favor of Otago.
