Although a small deficiency of a little over £60 is shewn, - the company had on hand two or three ". days after, broken down and ready for crushing, nearly 2001bs. of specimens »nd picked stone, besides about 100 tons of general stuff, tho-whole of;,which may safely bo valued as worthy £550, leaving the company, after, paying the deficiency, crushing, and all ..other expenses, with about £400 to the good. For full particulars concerning the mine the directors refer you to the accompanying report from the mine manager,- Mr T. H. Craw- - ' ford. Directors recommend the usual honorarium] of. £30 for .ensuing halfyear. One director, Mr JTA. Fryer, whose term of office expires by rotation, offers himself for re-election.
