WEATHER SOUTH CANTERBURY FORECAST

FAIR Tire following is the forecast for South Canterbury, issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, for the period ending 5 p.m. to-day:— General Situation Pressure is low south of New Zealand and high in the North Tasman Sea. IN OTHER CENTRES Temuka.— Yesterday was fine with a north-east wind. The maximum temperature was 62 degrees and the minimum 30. Two degrees of frost were recorded. The glass was rising last evening.
