FOREIGN MINISTERS MEET
Protocols Examined (7.30 p.m.) LONDON. Sept. 29. The council of Foreign Ministers met twice to-day, M. Molotov presiding in the morning and Wang Shin-Chieh (China) in the afternoon. Both meetings were devoted to the examination of "the protocols of the council’s present session. The Foreign Ministers will meet again to-morrow. The U S War Department announced that Hungary had accepted the United States conditions for re-estab-lishing dinlorn’tie relations. Mr Ernest Bevin. in a speech, said that the Foreign Ministers' Council was facing some of the most difficult problems the world had to face. “We are not planning for the moment, but for centuries.” he said. “The greatest things necessary are patience and toler-’ ance.” - . .
Mr Bevin added that it was better to adjourn for consideration than to quarrel.
