Health Stamps.—The Chie/ Postmaster (Mr T. H. Thornton) has arranged for the hand date-stamping of the children's Health Stamp souvenir covers up to 6 p.m. to-dav. Arrangements have also been made for the supplying of all Timaru schools with first day souvenir envelopes bv the South Canterbury Health Cam; Committee.
