INLAND TRANSPORT

European Organisation LONDON, September 27. Representatives of 11 countries signed an agreement in London establishing a European Central Inland Transport Organisation, which will allocate and control all forms of land, rail and water transport throughout Western Europe. The signatories were Britain, Russia, France. America, Czechoslovakia, Belgium, Greece, Luxembourg, Holland, Norway and Yugoslavia. The Polish signature has been delayed because the representatives had not received instructions from Warsaw.
