Advanced German Research (11.25 p.m.) V/ASHINGTON, Sept. 28. Major A. P. de Seversky, special assistant to the War Secretary, reported after five mohths’ inspection in Europe that German scientists might have beaten the Allies in solving the atomic power riddle, if unrelenting air power had not interfered with research.
