Fall Into Tank iNZ-P-A’ DUNEDIN. Sept. 27. At 11.45 am. to-day Lindsay John Dowell, need 21 months, son of Mr Eric Dowell, of 2 Marne street. Anderson's Bav was drowned in an 18-gall"n tank The child was missed after being seen playing in the fowlhous". and was found in the tank, over the edge of which he must have climbed.
