Trieste Strike
(Rec 830 p.m.) TRIESTE. Sept. 26. The organisers, satisfied that they have voiced the workers’ protest, have called off the strike at. midnight yesterday. ~ , , prospects tor the workers were alleviated when the Allied Military Government announced a programme of subsidised nubile works for unemployment.
