Communists Blamed (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 26. Dr. D. F. Malan’s Nationalist Party after suffering casualties in last week's political riots called on all Transvaal branches to organise fighting teams to protect meetings against Communists, says the Johannesburg correspondent of the “Daily Express.” The appeal stated that the fighting teams would not attack, but would merely act defensively.
