PRIZE OF WAR
Liner Europa (8.30 pin.) NEW YORK. Sept. 24. The Europa, before the war the pnde of the German merchant marine, has arrived manned bv a navy prize crew. The Europa was officially attached by the Federal Court as a first step towards seizure as a prize of war. The Europa, with 4314 returning troops aboard, was given a noisy welcome as it passed up New York Harbour.
