Decree Rescinded. — After a separation order made in 1937, the parties in a divorce case mentioned in the Supreme Court, Dunedin, obtained a decree nisi in 1943, but were later reconciled An application to rescind the decree and dismiss the petition was accordingly granted by Mr Justice Kennedy, who was informed that there had been only one reported similar case in New Zealand, which occurred at Hamilton this year.
