Kindergarten Wanted.—Having received a request from residents in the West End of the town for a kindergarten the Timaru Free Kindergarten Association has undertaken to establish one in the West End Hall and is now awaitin' the Edu ation Department's approval of the building. When this is received a public meeting will be called and a district committee formed for the raising of funds and management of the kindergarten. The West End kindergarten will be the second of the several which the Association hopes to establish in Timaru: the first one was opened in April at Kensington.
