Hamilton Loan Proposal The Local Government Loans Board's approval of the raising of a loan of £83.000 for the erection of 52 flats at Whitiora has been received bv the Hamilton Borough Council Each unit is estimated to cost £l5OO. The council has decided to subdivide an area of land it owns at Whitiora. provide the necessary services and let the sections to returned servicemen. A Hamilton firm has submitted plans and quotations for the erection of a further 50 dwellings.
