SHIPPING PORT OF TIMARU
Coastal Trade QUIET PERIOD CONTINUES There were no coastal vessels in port yesterday to be delayed by the weather, but if the rain continues departures from other ports will be set back. No shipping is due here today; the Breeze is scheduled to arrive to-morrow. EXPECTED ARRIVALS Breeze. Lyttelton Aug. 16 Kakapo, Oamaru Early Korowai, Lyttelton Early PROJECTED DEPARTURES Breeze. Wellington Aug. 17 Kakapo, Nelson Early Korowai. Auckland Early NOTES The Breeze is expected to-morrow from Lyttelton. She will sail the following day for Wellington, weather permitting, carrying cargo for that art only. After loading at Auckland for Lyttelton and Timaru, the Korowai will sail for those ports direct. She is expected here at an early date to discharge and lift return shipments. Before reaching here, the Kakapo will work Dunedin and Oamaru. At Timaru she will load for Nelson and New Plymouth.
