The Rental has been fixed at £25 per annum. The lease will contain the following provisions: Term, 21 years. At expiration of lease, Lessee has the right to have a new lease of 21 years offered for sale by public auction in accordance with the second schedule to the Public Bodies Leases Act. 1908. The Lessee to pay all rates, taxes, charges, insurance, and other outgoings. Purposes for which leasehold is required must be stated and leasehold to be used only for stated purposes.
