Owners Approve State Plan LONDON. July 19. Coal owners accented the Government's plan for the industry and would do all in their power to make it effective, said the chairman of the British Mining Association. A technical survey committee of Britain’s bestknown mining engineers had been appointed to make a thorough survey of the industry and would prepare a report on the firm understanding it was the policy of lhe industry to ensure th” removal of all technical impediments to achieving the nvmimum efficienev of mining operTmns. Major Lloyd George (Minister of Fuel and Power) reccnlly summarised the Government plan to which the coal owners agreed.
