COMMERCIAL STATION CATTLE

SALE AT PLEASANT POINT Approximately 800 head of cattle were yarded at the annual sale of station bred cattle at Pleasant Point. The yarding was of good quality and equal to the standard of other years. There was a good representation of buyers from local and outside districts. Competition was keen throughout and almost the entire yarding was disposed of. Values for adult cattle were on a par with last season's fixture, but calves showed a decline of 15 - a head'.
