TAP DANCING PRAISED

Timaru Competitions Sessions Well Patronised In spite of adverse weather conditions there were large attendances at all sessions of the Timaru Competitions held in the Bay Hall and Bay Tearooms yesterday. Features of the competition were the tap dancing, and in the opinion of the judge, it compared well with anything in New Zealand. Tire operatic dancing left room for improvement, while there were one or two outstanding clog dancers in the senior section.
