A DEFENCE MEASURE
Dutch Administration Leaves The Hague RUGBY, Jan. 20. The evacuation of the State Administration from The Hague, ordered by the Germans as a defence measure, has been completed, according to Dutch sources in London. Various departments have been transferred to the central towns of Zwolle, Zutfen and Nijmegen.
