Nazi Agent Rebuffed (Rec. 9.0) NEW YORK, Jan. 9. During denaturalisation proceedings in the Federal Court to-day, Fictor Ridder, publisher of the “Staats Zeitung,” teseified that the Nazi Government organiser attempted in 1933 to take over control of the German language newspapers in the United States, but was rebuffed.
