Compulsory Training In Germany (Rec. 8.30) LONDON, Jan-9. The Berlin radio says Goering has issued a decree for compulsory training for all farm labourers, shepherds and milkmaids for Civil defence, and lias also ordered all Nazi Party documents in civilian hands to be kept in bombproof shelters.
