GIRAUD’S POLICY
Union Of All Frenchmen (Rec. 8 pm.) LONDON. Jan. 9. General Giraud, in a speech at Dakar before leaving to inspect military Installations elsewhere, said " I have only one policy. It is the union of all Frenchmen against the enemy. My only ambition Is to liberate Fiance. Thereafter France will be free to choose whatever government she likes.” He added he had sworn soon to reenter Metz at the head of his troops.
