All Males Executed
The Germans executed all males over 18 years, numbering 170, in the Polish village of Kotow, reports Reuter’s correspondent on the German frontier. This was done because the villagers disobeyed a Gestapo order to evacuate the district. Women and children were placed in a concentration camp.
