PARTIAL AMPUTATION
Severe Injury To Arm AUCKLAND, January 28. Severe injuries were received by Harold Henry Harker, aged 35, a hairdresser, of 54 WarnOck Street, Westmere, when the car he was driving alon» park Road, Grafton, was involved in a collision at the Carlton Gore Road intersection. Harker’s car was travelling toward Newmarket and collided with a milk lorry driven by E. R. Scott, of Point Chevalier, as it turned into Carlton Gore Road. Part of the car driver’s arm was tom off and when he was admitted to the Auckland Hospital a partial amputation was necessary.
