VETERAN OF MANY ACTIONS SUNK—The Admiralty has announced that the British battleship, Barham, of 31,000 tons, was sunk on November 25. She was flying the flag of Vice-Admiral H. D. Pridham-Wippell, Second-In-Command, mediterranean Squadron, at the time. Barham, which was commissioned in 1915, had a complement of between 1124 and 1184.
