DUNKIRK DOCKS BOMBED
Extensive Attacks On Shipping
British Official Wireless RUGBY, July 28. When aircraft of the Bomber Command’ visited the Dunkirk docks, Coastal and Fighter Command machines carried out other operations. An official Air Ministry communique reporting thelf activities states: “Shills werfe extensively attacked in enemy waters by aircraft of the Bomber Command while aircraft of the Fighter Command attacked enemy aerodromes in northern France during the night. One aircraft of the Bomber Command is missing from these operations.” The Germans have warned the French people against assisting British airmen, The penalty for helping British crews to escape, after being shot or forced down, is death. Aircraft production in Britain has jumped again. Production to the quarter ended on June 30 was 25 per cent higher than ih the preceding qU The r trainihg of Syrian airmen is to begin next week, with a course in general aeronautics. The Alites are supplying the necessary, facilities.
