RESUMPTION OF SYDNEY SERVICE (PA.) WELLINGTON, May 21. The question of a resumption of the Wellington-Sydney steamer service was still under consideration by the Government, -and the chamber would be advised as soon as a decision was reached, stated the Minister of Marine (the Hon. R. Semple) In a letter received by the council of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce last night. “I hope to goodness,” said the president (Mr R. H.
