4> X t BOILED APPLE PUDDING * ❖ Six ounces breadcrumbs, four * •F ounces sugar, one teaspoon bakT ing powder, half a nutmeg X X grated, six ounces apples, three ounces suet, grated rind of one ❖ ❖ lemon and a little of the juice, * ❖ two eggs. X T Cut up apples and chop the X suet finely and mix with the X sugar, nutmeg, breadcrumbs and <• X lemon. Mix in beaten eggs and y baking powder. Place in a well- T •? greased basin.
