D.S.O. For Ace Pilot British Official Wireless RUGBY, November 19. Royal Air Force decorations for gallantry include the D.S O. to Squad-ron-Leader McKellar, since killed in action, who was awarded the D.F.C. in September and bar to the D.F.C. in October, and who had destroyed twenty enemy aircraft. The D.F.C. is awarded to acting Flight-Lieutenants Holland and Lovell, both of whom were born in Ceylon, Pilot Officer Russell, born in Kuala Lumpur, and Pilot Officer Urwin Mann, Who was born in British Columbia.
