Problem Of Night Raiders United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 20. 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 19 Air Marshal Sir Philip Joubert In a speech said: “I wish I was able to tell you we have solved the problem of ending night raids, but you know perfectly well It is very far from being solved. We are very hopeful, but expect to experience a long, very hard period before we finally sleep without having heard either a raider or a warning.”
