Every Possible Step Taken British Official Wireless (Received November 20, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, November 19. While paying tribute to the devoted gallantry of the officers and crew of the Jervis Bay, Captain Pluggie (Conservative) asked the First Lord of the Admiralty in the House of Commons whether sufficient precautions were taken in escort work to prevent the need of such incidents.
