WORKERS COLLECT £20,000
Wellington Bomber For Nation British Official Wlrei&os (Received October 13, 7.30 p.m.) RU r '3Y, October 12. The workers and co-op-rators of a Vickers Armstrong factory collected £20,000 for the nresentation to the nation of a Wellington bomber which they are now constructing. The bomber will be named after the works and all the contributors will be kept informed of the machine’s career during its progress through the factory and after it has joined an operational unit.
