“ Principal Cause ” Of Suffering United press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 13, 7.30 pan.) VICHY, October 12. The Minister of Agriculture (M. Pierre Caziot) broadcasting, said: “The principal cause of our terrible suffering is the blockade which is depriving us of 60 per cent, of our fats which come from the olive groves of North Africa. France is in a difficult food position. Supplies must be used with parsimony, and, if necessary, with severity.”
