INDO-CHINA HOLDS OUT
Thailand Concentrates Troops United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 13, 6.30 p.m.) TOKIO, October 12 The “Niehl Niehl Shimbun” gives prominence to a correspondent’s dispatch from Bangkok that Thailand has concentrated troops and aircraft in the Patinburl district on the Indochina frontier owing to Indo-Chlna’s refusal to cede territory. It is said that Indo-China is concentrating the Asiatic Fleet in the Bay of Siam 25 miles from Thailand territory.
