United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 13, 6.30 p.m.) MADRID, October 12, General de Bono handed to General Franco the collar of the Italian Order of Annunziata conferred by King Victor.
General Franco replied: “In these moments when our Fascist comrades are renewing the traditions of Italian arms in African lands, I wish to express the entire solidarity of our people whose feelings towards your soldiers and to 11 Duce are of the most enthusiastic.”
