Unrest On Mongolian Border United Prew Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received February 8, 11.55 p.m.) TOKIO, February 8. The Army spokesman revealed two exchanges of fire recently between troops on the Manchuquon and outer Mongolian border. He alleged scores of illegal Soviet entries and added that, in spite of Mr Arita's optimism, the Japanese Army regards t/ie settlement of border differences us difficult.
