Now Compulsory Subject United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 21, 6.30 p.m.) BERLIN, January 20 Bv decree aviation henceforth will be a compulsory subject in schools from childhood to the University. Training in theoretical flying will be given at 21 universities.
