BIG DEFICIT IN BUDGET
Increase In Italian War Expenditure United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyrlgh t (Received January 21, 6.30 p.m.) ROME, January 20 The Cabinet ppproved a budget of £4,324,000,000, providing for a deficit of £73,700,000. The military budget has been increased by £3,200,000. Sugar will be rationed on February 1.
