Plan To Redeem War Loans United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 21, 6.30 p.m.) MADRID, January 20. The estimates include £50,000 for General Franco’s salary and expenses, £1,350.000 for the salaries of the Catholic clergy and £244,625 for the Falange. Provision is made to redeem wartime borrowing.
