French Senate Passes Bill
United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 21, 6.30 p.m.) PARIS, January 20. The Senate passed by 294 votes to 4 a Bill prescribing expulsion for Communist Deputies failing to renounce their allegiance. This has completed the Parliamentary action ousting Communists.
