AN IMPORTANT CONCESSION By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, January 15. A decision of great importance to University students was made to-day by the Senate of the University of New Zealand, which decided to amend the regulations governing the award of the degree of Bachlor of Arts to allow the credit of a pass in a single unit at a time.
