VESSELS DELAYEE By Telegraph —Press Association WELLINGTON, January 15. En route from Westport to Auckland, the Kairnai put into Wellington yesterday morning through stress of weather. She suffered no damage and will leave again this afternoon. The Dutch liner Raggevcen, origin.ally due to-day, is delayed a day. The Waipiata arrived this morning and reported that c .ditions off the Bay of Plenty were bad. The Port aikato. which left Auckland some hours ahead of the Waipiata has not yet arrived. It is presumed that she is sheltering somewhere on the coast.
