FAIR AND WARM Special to “ The Timaru Herald" WELLINGTON, November 21. Winds—Moderate to strong northerly winds with a change to south-westerly probable to-night. Weather—Fair and warm but showers probable with the southerly change. Seas —Slight to moderate. DOMINION FORECAST General Situation Pressure remains high to the north of New Zealand but is falling rapidly in the south. Forecast Winds—Moderate to strong northwesterly from Nelson and Marlborough northwards and freshening northeasterly to northerly thence southwards, a change to southerly probable in the south to-morrow. Seas (New Zealand waters)—Rather rough to rough south of Cape Egmont and about Cook Strait, elsewhere slight to moderate but rising later in Foveaux Strait. Eastern Tasman Sea —Moderate to strong northerly winds, changing tomorrow to south-westerly in the southern portion, seas rather rough. Weather—Fair in eastern areas and the far north, unsettled in western districts with occasional rain, more especially on the west coast of the South Island; scattered rain developing to-morrow in parts of Otago and Southland also; temperatures mild to warm but cooler to-morrow in the south.
